    Register

    Create the farmer's persistent identity. Register the farmer within the authorised programme context and record consent, location and relevant identifiers.

    The record continues

    Map

    Connect the farmer to the land. Capture the farm boundary using GPS or manual mapping, with a clear record of how and when it was mapped.

    The record continues

    Assess

    Build and review the evidence. Attach production information, legality evidence and geospatial assessments. CocoaTrust shows what is complete, missing or requires review.

    The record continues

    Trace

    Connect the record to physical cocoa. Record farmer deliveries and preserve origin as cocoa is aggregated into lots and moves through the supply chain.

    Share

    Exchange trusted records through authorised workflows. Provide approved downstream systems with structured origin, traceability and evidence data without repeatedly rebuilding the farmer record.
